Mmm, I love raw soups! This one looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteApple and avocado together ! How interesting ! What are arugula leaves ? Do you know the French word for it ? I'm learning so many words reading the English blogs lol (and trying new products)!
ReplyDeleteHi Veganimo :). Arugula is roquette.

ReplyDeleteLooks delicious! Did you use red or green apples?
ReplyDeletei did this with kale and it was delicious!!
ReplyDeleteI just tried making this and it was awful... The soup was very bland. I used apples from a nearby orchard, not store bought ones, which could have had an impact on it. I will not be trying again anytime soon.
ReplyDeleteLoved this soup definitely has a ton of flavor, not sure why anyone said it's bland. Fresh apples should have made it even better too! Definitely rich, sweet and tasty. I added a dash of pepper also.
