Dave the Raw Food Trucker and Alfalfa Juice Powder

We had the tremendous pleasure of spending an afternoon and evening with Dave
Conrardy, also known as Dave the Raw Food Trucker. He gave a brilliant and inspiring presentation on how he
reversed many health problems with a organic, raw vegan diet.

It was wonderful to meet Dave and also to meet the folks who came out to hear him speak. One attendee traveled almost 100 miles to get to the event. Dave has such an inspiring story and has a wealth of information.

Well, Dave had the coolest thing with him. I think it’s a brilliant idea. It’s alfalfa juice powder and just a teaspoon or two mixed with water makes the most fabulous green drink. Below is the powder mixed with water, but I’ve also been adding it to smoothies, including chocolate ones. It’s extremely convenient and I’m surprised at how much I’ve using. Dragging out the juicer and having to clean it and everything can sometimes be more than I want to do some mornings. This was just SO easy.
