    Oh my goodness, this post drove me crazy! I am currently away from my kitchen, unable to prepare raw food, and I seriously started salivating while imagining myself eating your dishes. Everything looks lovely and fairly simple. Love it.

    This looks great.. but very low in calories.. i would love to see a $10 and under day where one is working out and very active needing over 3,000 calores.. either way LOVE this blog! thanks for what you are doing!

    wonderful!! I need that smoothie for our daughter when she gets home from the hospital. She has low hemoglobin right now due to a wicked infection and now surgery, and I can't wait until she is home so I can feed her PROPERLY!!!

  8. anonymous, for extra calories, some good additions to a daily menu are bananas, buckwheat, flax, nuts, and avocados.
