Popsicle option!
This smoothie (like most) makes excellent popsicles. Just pour into popsicle molds and freeze for several hours or overnight. Remove from molds and enjoy!
Super excited! I'm trying this ASAP.
What brand of popsicle maker did you use?
Do you use a regular blender? Wondering if I should steam the carrots first – of course, then they are not raw…
You could steam them but you really don't need to. I use a regular blender as well as a VitaMix. The regular blender will take a little longer and maybe not get it quite as smooth, but it's still great … 🙂
I just made this using a regular blender and it was so so good. I just added chia seeds and ground flax seed. I love it because I've been eating healthier and I don't feel deprived! Lol
i like it, i like it 😀
usually I just make juice from the worter, never made ice shape like that
thanks for your sharing 😀
