    love the stuffed dates! i grew 4th of july tomatoes my first year. i called them 14th of july tomatoes because that's when they were ready. hopefully you have better luck!=)

    I have been a "subscriber" for some time, but today I decided to "follow" to enter this AMAZING giveaway. I really appreciate how Dollar Seed doesn't have GMO seeds like so many that are for sale in the big Home and Garden stores. My garden would be happy with Dollar seeds 😉

  12. This menu looks so awesome! I love that you are dehydrating the meals for a few hours. I am definately going to give this a try this week. I am so excited for my garden this year. I love that DollarSeed packs there seeds in ziploc bags so you can easily share with friends or family:)

    What a great giveaway… I'm anxiously anticipating getting veggie seeds for a garden on my balcony.

    Dollar Seed products are non GMO and while only the sprouting seeds are certified organic most have been grown to certification standards. Very cool!

    On the Dollar Seed website, I learned the six rules to sprouting:
    1. Rinse often (2-3 times/day).
    2. Keep them moist, not wet.
    3. Keep them at room temperature.
    4. Give them air to breathe.
    5. Don't grow too many in one container.
    6. Keep them in a dark place.
    Currently, I am breaking rules 1, 2, 4, and 5. Whoops.
