You seem to be eating such delicious, healthy meals everyday. And in such pretty colors too. 🙂

Hi! I am a new visitor here. I love the recepies, and your aestethics as well! However, I find the portions to be rather small, and I would never be able to make it through the day with this small amount of food. I find that with a raw diet, even though your blood sugar evens out in a good way, I still need to eat more often and more that 3 meals a day. For me 2 snacks are necessary. I know we are all different and all that, but the calorie leves here are the equivalent to a pretty agressive diet – have you any thoughts on this? I get the budget idea, and I think it's great to show how you can eat raw without spending a fortune, but still kinda feel that the way to go is not to go hungry and eat 50-50% of the recommended daily calorie intake, this experience might drive people away (I would have myself a snickers and a latte in despair on afternoons if on a low cal diet like this I'm afraid, ending up just feeling useless not realizing why I cannot stick to what I believe in, i.e. a raw food diet)…

    • Hi Mikkan! I tend to eat about 1,300 calories and don't lose weight. But yes, the calories can be somewhat low. I think something like a pile of bananas is a great addition to a menu like this, and would up the calories considerably, but "peel and eat a pile of bananas" doesn't make a very interesting recipe! I do get your point, though, and agree with much of it. Maybe I'll try upping the calories or offering add ons in the future.
