    Lisa, you have done a great job with this. A menu for a week, the shopping list, and all the recipes – what more could you ask for??? Oh, I know, come on over and sit in my kitchen and visit with me while I make it all!! I'll be spreading the word about this little gem!

    It was great. My favorite recipe was the cherry, chocolate smoothie. My only question is what day of the week will the new menu plan be released?

  10. Meal plan looks simple and easy, exactly what I was looking for. I wish I could have a chance to get some of these when I started on raw food.
